Description

You will manage a team of hourly associates in a vehicle reconditioning center, overseeing the movement of cars for repairs and ensuring production and quality targets are met. Your role involves coaching, performance management, and maintaining a safe, efficient workflow.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean record (last 3 years)
• Able to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Functional expertise in reconditioning process and lean principles
• Effective delegation and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage car movement into and out of the Inspection Center safely and efficiently
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly production goals
• Oversee team activities, identify strengths/weaknesses, and coach for improvement
• Train associates on quality control standards to minimize rework
• Review mechanical and physical defects and approve repair or rejection
