• Draft and file high-quality Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs).
• Perform end-to-end investigations into complex customer activity.
• Compare KYC information to Sanctions and PEP lists to verify positives.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to refine monitoring rules.

• Proven experience in BSA/AML compliance in fintech or high-volume finance.
• Strong analytical skills to connect disparate data points.
• Technical proficiency with AML monitoring software and case management systems.
• Excellent written communication skills for investigative reporting.
