Description

You will lead program management teams through release planning and execution for a set of products, driving alignment across stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery of high-priority initiatives. This highly visible role involves working closely with Product Management and Engineering leaders, leveraging AI-driven tools, and reporting to c-suite stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience shipping production software
• 7+ years of Program Management or related work experience
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent real-world experience

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, strategic projects impacting multiple product lines and business units
• Champion Agile methodologies and facilitate Agile ceremonies
• Manage all key milestones of product creation from inception to release launch
• Provide weekly dashboards on program health, milestones, risks, and mitigations
• Leverage AI-driven tools to improve program efficiency and decision-making
