Description

You will facilitate agile ceremonies, guide the adoption of Scrum, Kanban, and Lean practices, remove impediments, and promote continuous improvement. You will ensure alignment between teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders while monitoring performance metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as Scrum Master or similar agile role.
• Mastery of Scrum, Kanban, and Lean methodologies.
• Experience facilitating agile teams.
• Knowledge of Jira, Azure DevOps or equivalent.
• Solid handling of agile metrics and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily, Review, and Retrospectives.
• Accompany adoption of agile and Lean practices within teams and organization.
• Identify and remove impediments to maximize value delivery.
• Manage team risks through identification, tracking, and mitigation.
• Monitor performance metrics: velocity, lead time, cycle time, throughput.
