💼 About This Role

You'll be an early product engineer at a Series A startup building multi-agent AI systems that run enterprise operations autonomously. You'll own features end-to-end, shipping to production daily and directly shaping the core AI platform. You'll work with the founding team behind Ally.io, backed by top-tier VCs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Ship agent systems for autonomous OKR execution and workflows
• Own features end-to-end from customer problem to production
• Design multi-agent architectures for capability and reliability
• Build chat-native user experiences used daily by enterprises

📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years building production software with LLM or agent experience
• Strong in Python and comfortable in React/Next.js
• Shipped agent systems in production for enterprises
• Customer-first mindset, making tradeoffs for user impact

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with distributed systems
• Familiarity with Claude Code and Cursor
• Previous startup or early-stage engineering role
