• Assist clients and families with social and financial issues related to continuing care admissions.

📋 Requirements

• Graduation from a recognized degree program in Social Work or equivalent.
• Registered with Alberta Association of Social Workers.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Minimum 2 years experience in clinical and continuing care roles.

✨ Nice to Have

• Gerontology experience is preferred.
