Description

You will represent clients in family law matters such as divorce, child custody, and property division. You'll draft legal documents, attend court hearings, and provide legal advice while working with a supportive team.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• 2-7 years of experience in family law litigation
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in family law cases including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and property division
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and agreements
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on family law changes
• Attend court hearings and trials, presenting cases effectively
• Collaborate with paralegals and legal staff for efficient case management
