You'll coordinate prescription services for patients and providers using MedRhythms' digital therapeutic devices, ensuring timely processing from enrollment to fulfillment. You'll play a key role in expanding access to gait rehabilitation for conditions like stroke and Parkinson's disease. Day-to-day, you'll manage documentation in Salesforce and communicate with healthcare offices.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage prescriptions from intake to completion, monitoring documentation quality.
• Contact provider offices via fax, email, and phone to request missing information.
• Record outreach attempts and communications in Salesforce CRM.
• Upload, categorize, and save digital files per company procedures.

📋 Requirements

• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
