💼 About This Role

You'll lead multi-channel growth programs for Hatch's AI agent CRM platform, driving pipeline and revenue through lifecycle marketing, performance media, and ABM. You'll run data-driven experiments and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to build an always-on growth engine fueled by real-time signals. This role offers direct impact on how thousands of businesses discover and buy Hatch.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and manage multi-channel email nurture programs for lead progression.
• Execute paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta with A/B testing.
• Develop ABM campaigns using intent signals (hiring, funding events).
• Manage B2B funnel metrics and build performance dashboards.

📋 Requirements

• 6–7 years of B2B SaaS growth marketing or demand generation experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta paid campaigns.
• Working knowledge of technical SEO tools (Screaming Frog, SEMrush).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with product-led growth (PLG) motions.
• SQL or data querying skills.
• Familiarity with intent data platforms.
