💼 About This Role

You'll architect and optimize operational systems for JumpCloud's Global Customer Success team, working at the intersection of support, success, and engineering. Your work will reduce manual toil and scale global customer services through automation and AI. You'll also mentor operations specialists and drive data-driven improvements to customer health metrics.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design scalable operational frameworks and automated workflows
• Act as technical escalation point and mentor for Operations Specialists
• Architect AI-driven support tools and automated response systems
• Develop and manage data engineering projects for time-to-value and CSAT
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering via APIs and webhooks

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of Operations or Systems Engineering in SaaS environments
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) architecture
• Proven experience with automation platforms and CRMs like Intercom & FinAI
• Expert in mapping business processes and identifying technical failures

✨ Nice to Have

• Atlassian (Jira & Confluence), Gemini, or Catalyst experience
• Project Management certifications (PMP, CAPM)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
