You'll serve as a senior customer-focused professional processing sales for a select group of clients at Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope, acting as the liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure satisfaction. Your core impact is managing orders, quotes, and inquiries to drive account growth. This role offers the chance to work on architectural glass projects for iconic buildings.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage order entry, quote turnaround, and customer inquiries
• Provide accurate quotations and meet SLAs
• Document customer interactions in ERP system
• Serve as subject matter expert for product group
• Support sales team to achieve targets and KPIs

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of pricing, margins, and negotiating
• Understanding glass systems and business software
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
