💼 About This Role

You'll own the design of electromechanical components for the next-generation Digit humanoid robot in a hybrid role in Fremont, CA. Your work will directly impact the commercial scalability and reliability of our robots in demanding warehouse environments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own 3D and 2D design of electromechanical components and subassemblies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define requirements
• Perform engineering analyses to validate design decisions
• Present and participate in cross-functional design reviews

📋 Requirements

• 0-3 years of mechanical design experience
• B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Expert CAD user in Solidworks, Siemens NX, Creo or Onshape
• Knowledge of motors, encoders, sensors, and drive-train components

✨ Nice to Have

• Robotic design experience
• Transmission/actuator design experience
• Jira/Confluence experience
