💼 About This Role

You'll join the Content Creation squad to empower users to create high-quality interactive content with AI support. You'll collaborate daily with Product Managers and Engineers to solve complex product problems end-to-end. This role is designed for a Confirmed Product Designer looking to deepen their impact on a complex B2B product.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and iterate on complex user flows for content creation and AI features
• Conduct or support user research to inform design decisions
• Deliver high-quality design solutions from discovery to handoff
• Contribute to shared design standards and cross-squad rituals

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer on digital products
• High proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, and prototyping
• Ability to design complex workflows and systems while keeping experiences intuitive
• Experience working closely with Product Managers and Engineers in a squad model

• Experience in B2B SaaS
• Fluent English (US/UK) or B2 level French
