💼 About This Role

You'll lead health plan partnerships for a high-growth primary care startup, reporting directly to the CEO. You will build and execute go-to-market strategy, negotiate contracts, and drive value-based care agreements that enable NP-owned practices to thrive nationwide.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Identify, negotiate, and implement strategic payor partnerships
  • Build and execute a comprehensive prospecting strategy
  • Manage the full contracting pipeline from scoping to go-live
  • Create market-specific payor models and analyze revenue/utilization

📋 Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in healthcare payor relations or business development
  • Demonstrated experience with value-based care contracting
  • Proven ability to lead negotiations and present to C-level audiences
  • Strong project management skills and cross-functional leadership

✨ Nice to Have

  • Proficiency in data modeling and contract performance analysis
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Familiarity with provider network management
