You'll lead health plan partnerships for a high-growth primary care startup, reporting directly to the CEO. You will build and execute go-to-market strategy, negotiate contracts, and drive value-based care agreements that enable NP-owned practices to thrive nationwide.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Identify, negotiate, and implement strategic payor partnerships
- Build and execute a comprehensive prospecting strategy
- Manage the full contracting pipeline from scoping to go-live
- Create market-specific payor models and analyze revenue/utilization
📋 Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in healthcare payor relations or business development
- Demonstrated experience with value-based care contracting
- Proven ability to lead negotiations and present to C-level audiences
- Strong project management skills and cross-functional leadership
✨ Nice to Have
- Proficiency in data modeling and contract performance analysis
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
- Familiarity with provider network management
