Description

You will design and develop a high-volume, fault-tolerant, scalable distributed system using Go, Java, gRPC, Kafka, DynamoDB, and Elasticsearch. You'll collaborate with stakeholders, lead a global team, and mentor engineers to shape development processes and drive quality.

Requirements

• 10+ years professional engineering experience
• 8+ years experience in high-volume distributed systems with Java or Go
• BS/MS in Computer Science or similar
• Experience with Microservices and AWS (Lambda, DynamoDB, EventBridge, Kubernetes/Istio)
• Experience as a team/tech lead or system architect for large-scale projects

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-volume, fault-tolerant, scalable distributed systems using Go, Java, gRPC, Kafka, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch
• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements
• Drive cross-functional efforts and shape development processes
• Own and review deliverables for accuracy, quality, and performance
• Lead globally distributed development team and mentor members
