💼 About This Role

You'll maintain the security, stability, and performance of Pico's internal infrastructure and client trading platforms, providing second-line support for mission-critical environments. You'll investigate and resolve OS, platform, and hardware issues that impact client trading services, working directly with financial services clients and exchanges. This role offers the opportunity to support a global trading infrastructure in a customer-facing capacity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide operational support for client trading environments.
• Perform technical investigation and expert-level troubleshooting.
• Own incidents and service requests end-to-end.
• Develop automation using scripting and configuration management.

📋 Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience in production operational environment.
• 4+ years hands-on supporting physical and virtual server platforms.
• Proficient in Red Hat Enterprise Linux administration.
• Experience with Bash and Ansible scripting.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in financial services or trading industry.
• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks.
• Experience with HPE and Dell server hardware.
