Description

In this role, you will own the end-to-end design of major product enhancements within Check Console, translating complex payroll systems into intuitive user experiences. You'll partner closely with engineering and product leaders, conduct user research, and contribute to elevating design standards across the company.

Requirements

• 6-10+ years in product design or UX/UI design for complex software
• Strong UX instincts and ability to simplify complex systems
• Experience designing workflow-driven or operational software
• Portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and visual design craft
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering
