Description

You will support day-to-day payment execution, transaction monitoring, and issue resolution for Qualia's embedded payment solutions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls while helping scale processes as the business grows.

Requirements

• 3-4 years in payment, compliance, or risk operations (fintech or banking preferred)
• Direct experience with sponsor bank programs or embedded payments
• Familiarity with major payment rails (ACH, wire, instant payments)
• Working knowledge of NACHA Operating Rules and ACH return processes
• Detail-obsessed with strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Support Compliance Management System for embedded payments
• Monitor payment activity for ACH returns, anomalies, and fraud
• Handle escalations related to customer onboarding with sponsor bank
• Own daily payment operations including exception handling and returns management
• Assist with internal and external audits
