💼 About This Role

You'll manage enterprise client relationships for Kraken's energy platform migrations, partnering with tech and operations teams to deliver AI-driven customer lifecycle solutions. You'll bridge client needs with product development, driving the green energy transition through technology transformation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage relationship with enterprise client counterparts (product owners, business owners)
• Act as first point of contact for tech development and escalation resolution
• Triaging incoming requests and communicating client priorities internally
• Challenge client to adopt continuous iteration and deployment approach

📋 Requirements

• Enterprise client delivery or product ownership experience
• SaaS, digital transformation, or platform migrations experience
• Agile delivery experience
• Fluent English and local language

• Consulting experience
• Another European language (German, French, Portuguese, Italian, Spanish)
