You'll serve as the West Coast site lead for IT operations in San Francisco and Los Angeles, independently managing corporate IT across multiple disciplines from end-user support to security compliance. Your core impact is ensuring seamless technology experiences for all employees, from device lifecycle to identity access. This role offers full ownership of an office's IT infrastructure without team management responsibilities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary IT contact for West Coast employees
• Manage full device lifecycle and MDM platforms
• Execute onboarding/offboarding workflows
• Administer identity provider and access requests

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in IT system administration or operations
• Mac and Windows endpoint management experience
• Proficiency with MDM platforms (Jamf, Intune, Kandji)
• Experience administering identity providers (Okta, Azure AD)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in AdTech or data-driven industries
• Relevant certifications (Apple, Jamf, Okta, CompTIA)
• Scripting and automation skills (Bash, PowerShell, Python)
