You'll lead clinical operations for the assisted living program at The Legacy at North Augusta, guiding a dedicated team to enrich older adults' lives through person-centered care. This role offers purposeful clinical leadership with strong professional growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide clinical leadership for assisted living nursing services.
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate clinical and caregiving staff.
• Oversee assessments, care planning, and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with leadership on staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and monitor clinical indicators.

📋 Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) License in good standing.
• Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory or leadership experience in assisted living.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and eMAR.
• Successful completion of background checks including criminal history.

✨ Nice to Have

• Administrator license preferred.
• Assisted living manager training completion.
• Experience in Virginia assisted living environment.
