💼 About This Role

You'll own first response and resolution for our entire customer base while managing a book of SMB accounts. You'll shape the foundation of an AI-native people platform that truly automates HR processes. This dual role gives you the customer context to make support genuinely good.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own first response and resolution for all inbound customer tickets via Intercom.
  • Run and improve support infrastructure: routing rules, escalation paths, macros, and knowledge base.
  • Manage a book of SMB accounts through onboarding, adoption, and renewal.
  • Monitor account health and proactively surface risk before it becomes churn.

📋 Requirements

  • 1–2 years experience in customer success, account management, or support in B2B SaaS.
  • Native or fluent English and Hebrew — both required.
  • Ability to move fluidly between reactive support and proactive relationship management.
  • Familiarity with tools like Intercom or HubSpot.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Intercom experience is a plus.
  • Self-starter mentality with ability to manage competing priorities.
