🎯 What You'll Do

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for customer accounts and transactions.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer and ensure issues are resolved.
  • Suggest improvements to existing SOPs.
  • Perform marketing-related outbound calls.

📋 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English and Filipino
  • Experience handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Amenable to work in shifting schedules including night shifts

  • Google Suite proficiency
  • Knowledge of crypto or financial services
