💼 About This Role

You'll join a growing MSP team delivering cloud-based infrastructure and Microsoft 365 solutions to businesses and government clients. You'll provide remote support, manage M365 environments, and contribute to project delivery.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide remote technical support via phone, email, and remote access tools.
• Manage Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Intune).
• Troubleshoot cloud and on-premise infrastructure issues.
• Participate in technical projects and infrastructure improvements.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of IT Support or Infrastructure Engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, Intune, Conditional Access).
• Experience working within an MSP environment including time tracking and ticket management.
• Solid understanding of DNS, SSL certificates, AD, and NTFS permissions.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Kaseya, ConnectWise, or ITGlue.
• Experience supporting hybrid environments including Azure AD Sync.
• Windows Server administration experience.
