💼 About This Role

You'll partner with the CTO organization to drive capital allocation decisions across Synthesia's AI video product suite. Your core impact is building product finance infrastructure from scratch while directly influencing investment rigor and pricing discipline for executive leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as finance business partner to CTO organization for planning and investment decisions
• Build driver-based financial models for new product launches and features
• Define KPIs for product performance: unit economics, SKU profitability, pricing sensitivity
• Lead annual planning and forecast cadence for Engineering and R&D headcount and costs

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Investment Banking, or MBB consulting
• Proven experience supporting technical organizations and influencing executive decisions
• Strong driver-based modeling skills and ability to structure ambiguous problems
• Advanced Excel/Sheets and comfort with BI tools (Looker, Omni, Tableau, etc.)
