💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a senior individual contributor on the GTM Strategic Analytics & Insights team, building predictive and inferential models and AI/LLM-powered solutions. You'll shape how Klaviyo understands and accelerates customer outcomes from pre-sales through retention. This role offers a chance to drive high-impact strategy with executive visibility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain advanced predictive and time-series models
• Lead deep-dive analyses using regression, causal inference, and hypothesis testing
• Architect and implement AI/LLM-powered analyses and tooling
• Develop and maintain prospect, deal health, and capacity models

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in advanced analytics or data science role; SaaS preferred
• Deep expertise in statistical inference and modeling (supervised and unsupervised)
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI/LLM-based solutions
• Advanced proficiency in Python (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, xgboost, statsmodels, LangChain) and SQL

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with distributed coding projects using Git
• Knowledge of DBT and Airflow for pipeline orchestration
