You'll own end-to-end mobile feature implementation across feature teams at a leading restaurant scheduling and payroll platform. Your work directly impacts 1M+ workers at 55,000+ restaurants. AI tools are integrated into your workflow to accelerate development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Embed with feature teams to implement and ship mobile features end-to-end
• Bring back technical and process insights to improve mobile team practices
• Fix bugs and perform regular maintenance to keep apps running smoothly
• Contribute to reusable component library with design system and mobile DX teams

📋 Requirements

• Fluency in Swift and SwiftUI to build product features independently
• Ability to articulate the reasoning behind technical decisions
• Proficiency using AI to accelerate development workflows
• Strong testing and observability practice to catch performance issues

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in restaurant tech
• Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP), Kotlin, or Android development
• Experience contributing to and utilizing a UI design system
