You'll nurture a portfolio of remotely managed SMEs and lead a small team of Central Relationship Managers at a rapidly growing fintech bank. Your core impact is delivering secured lending and banking solutions while proactively managing credit risk and originating new opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a portfolio of established SME businesses remotely, providing secured lending and banking services
• Proactively manage credit risk using data alerts and identify early warning indicators
• Originate new lending opportunities from initial enquiry to completion, including credit papers
• Lead and develop a small team of relationship managers through coaching and performance reviews

📋 Requirements

• Credit skills including ability to analyze financial accounts and propose suitable structures
• Strong understanding of SME banking with knowledge of commercial lending and securities
• Proven ability to generate and unlock new opportunities from an existing client portfolio
• Experience in a relationship-driven role engaging with business owners and building rapport
