Description

As a Senior Associate in Mergers & Acquisitions, you will lead financial due diligence engagements, including developing and evaluating financial models, analyzing historical performance, and identifying key transaction issues. You'll work closely with clients and team members to deliver high-quality advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review financial models for projections and scenario analysis
• Compile and evaluate company and industry data from sources like Pitchbook and reports
• Identify key financial and operational issues and trends impacting transactions
• Assist with preparation of financial analysis for transaction process
• Process financial statements and trial balances to evaluate historical performance
