💼 About This Role

You'll join Carvana's team as an experienced automotive painter, responsible for painting and paint correcting vehicles in a high-tech Inspection Center. You'll have the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art tools and earn competitive wages with perks like a 401(k) match.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Paint base coats, tri-coats, solid, metallic, and clear coats
• Blend adjacent panels for seamless finish
• Paint correct vehicles to high standards
• Use safety equipment and follow protocols

📋 Requirements

• 5 years of professional automotive painting experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license and at least 18 years old
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

• Experience with tri-coats and metallic paints
• ASE certification
• Previous work in a reconditioning center
