💼 About This Role

You'll support FloQast's procure-to-pay process in an entry-level role, managing supplier onboarding and purchase order creation. You'll resolve invoice issues and help negotiate low-risk contracts.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage supplier onboarding and purchase order creation in Coupa.
• Guide stakeholders through decentralized purchasing compliance.
• Negotiate pricing and terms for low-risk vendor agreements.
• Maintain supplier records and recommend process improvements.

📋 Requirements

• 1–2 years experience in procurement or finance operations.
• Hands-on experience with Coupa or similar P2P tool.
• Understanding of procurement lifecycle from supplier setup to payment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workflows.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience negotiating small-scale vendor agreements.
• Familiarity with software/SaaS purchasing.
• Exposure to contract lifecycle tools like Lexion or DocuSign CLM.
