You will lead complex, cross-functional projects for Customer Implementation and Professional Installation Services, turning strategy into execution across process, policy, data, and technology. Your work will directly enhance installer and customer experience, improve profitability, and enable scale at a company serving nearly 100,000 customers.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a senior project manager leading complex, cross-functional programs.
• Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels, framing problems and driving measurable results.
• Experience with operational transformation in customer implementation or field services preferred.
• Strong data analytics skills using tools like Salesforce, Tableau, or BI platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead mid- to large-scale cross-functional projects from discovery through post-launch measurement.
• Develop and maintain project artifacts including charters, plans, risk logs, RACI, and status updates.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, critical path, and success metrics with stakeholders.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple concurrent projects.
• Implement change management including impact assessments, communications, training, and adoption tracking.
