You'll manage complex construction projects in the Southwest, including commercial, industrial, mission-critical and water/wastewater treatment facilities. You'll ensure project safety, quality, schedule, and profitability while mentoring field teams and partnering with executives. Per diem available for this role.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously or a large construction program.
• Ensure corporate safety and quality plans are implemented on-site.
• Mentor and develop Project Superintendents and Foremen.
• Build rapport with customers and uphold contracts.

📋 Requirements

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 scheduling software.
• OSHA 30 Certification.
• Extensive experience leading project teams and achieving project goals.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Lean Construction philosophies.
• Experience in commercial, industrial, or water/wastewater projects.
