You'll manage the end-to-end renewal process for ClickUp's AI workspace customers, driving retention and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Collaborating with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success, you'll optimize renewal strategies and help shape the future of work.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end renewal process from outreach to contract execution
• Build renewal strategies aligning customer needs with revenue targets
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive retention and on-time renewals
• Maintain rolling 90-day renewal forecast with accurate close dates

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in B2B sales, account management, renewals, or customer success
• Proven experience managing the full renewal cycle in SaaS
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce
