• Develop and execute growth strategies for user acquisition and retention
• Analyze KPIs and collaborate with data teams to track performance
• Drive A/B testing and experimentation to optimize campaigns
• Manage user acquisition across paid and organic channels

📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in growth, marketing, or performance role
• Proficiency in data analysis tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Tableau
• Experience with marketing automation tools like HubSpot or Marketo
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and paid social channels

• Experience in a SaaS or tech-driven company
