🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and deliver internal company events and offsites
• Manage end-to-end swag and merchandise operations
• Administer and improve employee benefits programs
• Design initiatives to strengthen company culture and engagement

📋 Requirements

• Fluent Russian and English
• 4+ years in operations, people ops, or event management
• Project management experience handling multiple priorities
• Strong events management expertise
