🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and analyze Automation & CRM improvement opportunities.
• Engage stakeholders to understand needs, challenges, and priorities.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical documentation.
• Conduct testing, validation, and post-implementation reviews.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in Process Improvement, Business Analysis, RPA, or Salesforce.
• Strong attention to detail and structured thinking.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and driving initiatives forward.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath).
• Exposure to Python, C#, or Google Apps Script.
• Knowledge of Agile, Design Thinking, or Six Sigma methodologies.
