Description

You will manage the day-to-day operations of a cosmetic surgery center, ensuring an outstanding patient experience and driving overall performance. You'll lead and develop a cross-functional team (sales, operations, medical) to hit KPIs and foster teamwork.

Requirements

• 5+ years managing mid to large-size or multi-unit operations (retail/service).
• Passion for patient/employee experience.
• Strong people skills and ability to engage diverse patient base.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience with measured outcomes and sales/financial KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all center operations following values, policies, and procedures.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop a high-performing center team.
• Own the patient journey including communication, scheduling, registration, flow, and discharge.
• Manage daily operations: staff scheduling, labor management, procurement, supply management, cash reconciliation, and compliance.
• Maintain legal and accreditation compliance regarding patient safety and quality of care.
