💼 About This Role

You'll design and scale a global compliance framework for a fast-growing SaaS company. You'll lead risk mitigation and cross-functional collaboration across 15+ countries. This role lets you build from scratch with executive visibility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and oversee global compliance program across all entities.
• Advise executive leadership on emerging compliance risks.
• Manage sanctions screening, export controls, and due diligence.
• Lead enterprise risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.

📋 Requirements

• 8-12+ years in compliance and risk management
• Master's degree in Law, Business, or related field
• Experience in SaaS or subscription-based businesses
• Expertise in global sanctions, export controls, and privacy laws

✨ Nice to Have

• Certified Sanctions and Export Controls Specialist
• CIPP/E, CIPM, or CIPT certification
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 and SOC 2
