You'll join Carvana as a Paintless Dent Repair Technician in our high-tech Inspection Center. Your core impact will be accessing panels and repairing dents on steel and aluminum vehicle panels using glue-pulling techniques. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Access and repair dents on vehicle panels using PDR techniques
• Use glue-pulling techniques and repair smaller-sized dents
• Work with steel and aluminum vehicle panels
• Operate vehicle equipment and tools in a production environment

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional automotive PDR experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license and at least 18 years of age
