• Lead multi-year service development and delivery for offensive security.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in cybersecurity leading offensive, defensive, or research teams.
• Pre-sales and post-sales delivery experience at the SME level.
• Fluent Japanese proficiency for business operations.
• Ability to manage high-performing teams and maintain strong culture.
