🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive execution and performance of referrals and virality marketing initiatives
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define requirements and influence roadmap
• Lead end-to-end project management of new referral program structures
• Collaborate with Business Unit Marketing to integrate referral strategies into tentpoles
• Optimize audience strategies for key segments to increase referral rate

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in marketing, growth marketing, or product marketing
• Proven ability to scale marketing programs in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing
