Description

Join Coveo's Data Platform Infrastructure team to build and maintain the backbone of scalable data platforms. You'll own the operating model for Snowflake and Databricks, using infrastructure as code, and shape how data platforms evolve across the company through technical leadership.

Requirements

• Strong experience managing Databricks infrastructure at scale
• Proven track record delivering reliability and observability for high-scale SaaS
• Advanced Python and SQL skills
• Snowflake experience (warehouse tuning, governance, Terraform/DDL provisioning) preferred
• Experience designing and operating a hybrid data platform integrating Databricks and Snowflake preferred

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain infrastructure as code for the Data Platform (Terraform modules, CI/CD, change management)
• Own Snowflake and Databricks platform operations, governance, and lifecycle
• Define cost management and collaborate with FinOps on forecasting and optimization
• Implement observability and operational readiness (monitoring, alerts, dashboards, runbooks, on-call)
• Coordinate with product teams and vendors to align platform capabilities with product needs
