💼 About This Role

You'll join Ursa Major's legal team, handling a variety of commercial contracts and legal tasks for a fast-paced aerospace company. You'll help scale the business by creating processes and addressing legal risks to support rapid growth. This role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge propulsion systems with a dedicated team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts including government contracts and NDAs.
• Address contractual issues by working with departments to determine history and appropriate action.
• Partner with compliance to ensure contractual obligations comply with applicable laws.
• Team with various departments to align contract negotiation with company policies.

📋 Requirements

• JD from an ABA accredited law school
• At least 8 years of legal experience
• Ability to obtain a top secret security clearance
• Experience advising on contractual and legal issues prior to and after contract completion
