🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as lead design counsel for key clients during annual planning
• Oversee connections architecture and ecosystem delivery across OESP
• Manage team adoption of best-in-class communications design approaches
• Lead new business pitches for Communications Design resource

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years relevant experience
• 5+ years leading and motivating a team
• Experience in integrated planning role in media or communications
• Experience with high-budget clients in linear video and CTV Upfront
