You'll drive private event revenue for Dignity Health Sports Park by blending strategic marketing with proactive sales. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Prospect and generate new business through networking and outbound outreach
• Manage facility calendar and booking platform to maximize space utilization
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for private events
• Lead venue tours and presentations to prospective clients

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years experience in sales/events, preferably in hospitality or venue management
• Experience in marketing including campaign development and digital marketing
• Strong knowledge of private/corporate event planning and operations
• Proven track record of increasing revenue and meeting/exceeding sales goals

✨ Nice to Have

• Graphic design experience
• BA/BS Degree preferred
• Experience with CRM platforms and event booking software
