💼 About This Role

You'll own Zūm's benefits function end-to-end, covering strategy, administration, and compliance for 5,000 employees across 15+ states. You'll design and manage competitive programs while building scalable infrastructure for a high-growth company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own benefits strategy for health, welfare, retirement, and leave programs.
• Manage 401(k) administration, compliance, and fiduciary governance.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and state regulations.
• Lead open enrollment, vendor management, and employee education.

📋 Requirements

• 8–12+ years of progressive benefits management experience.
• Deep expertise in health & welfare plans and 401(k) administration.
• Thorough knowledge of ERISA, ACA, COBRA, and state regulations.
• Proven experience managing benefits for 1,000+ multi-state employees.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience at a high-growth venture-backed company.
• Experience with PEO and direct-employer plan structures.
• Certification such as CEBS, CBP, or PHR/SPHR.
