You'll own the narrative and positioning of Gorgias' Conversational Commerce platform, defining how merchants adopt AI-driven sales and support conversations. You'll lead product marketing and GTM acceleration across segments, translating product innovation into market impact. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Define differentiated positioning and messaging for the product portfolio
• Educate merchants on Conversational Commerce investment and implementation
• Partner with Product and Sales to launch new products and capabilities
• Distribute narrative through 100+ yearly events including customer conference

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of marketing experience in SaaS
• 5+ years in product marketing leadership roles
• Experience marketing to mid-market and enterprise segments
• Proven track record driving GTM strategy for AI or platform products
