💼 About This Role

You'll own the credit strategy for a fast-growing fintech expanding into Line of Credit products. You'll lead a team to scale underwriting using alternative cashflow data in near-prime consumer segments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end credit strategy across cash advance, Line of Credit, and new products
• Define underwriting frameworks, portfolio guardrails, and risk appetite with growth targets
• Lead portfolio monitoring, loss curves, vintage analysis, and cohort optimization
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Engineering on credit product design and modeling

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in consumer lending credit or risk management
• Proven ownership of credit strategy and portfolio performance for scaled products
• Strong experience with alternative data underwriting (non-FICO, cashflow-based)
• Working knowledge of ML models and collaboration with data science teams
