You'll lead IEM's low voltage product line portfolio including panelboards and switchgear. Your team will drive full product lifecycle management across US and Canadian manufacturing facilities. This role offers strategic impact in a 75-year-old industry leader.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and develop a team of Technical Product Managers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations.
• Define product strategy for low voltage offerings.
• Manage product lifecycle including obsolescence and redesign.

📋 Requirements

• 4-year degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years in power distribution equipment industry.
• 2+ years in a leadership role managing staff.
• Competency with low voltage switchgear and UL/ANSI standards.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with UL891, UL67, UL1558 standards.
• Knowledge of NEC/CEC codes.
• Multi-site manufacturing experience.
